KNOWN ISSUE – MYGP APP – SOME USERS UNABLE TO ORDER PRESCRIPTIONS DUE TO AN ID NOT FOUND ERROR

21/02/20 – 10:20 – We have become aware of a bug that is causing a small number of users not to be able to request prescriptions due to a bug relating where users have requested a deletion of their Echo account. Our engineers are working on fix and hoping to release this soon. Any patients that require an urgent request of medication should request this in the traditional, offline fashion.

RESOLVED – MYGP APP – SOME USERS UNABLE TO USE NHS ONLINE CREDENTIALS

20/02/20 – 10:17 – We have been provided further detail on this issue and it has come to light that patients who attempted to onboard with their credentials between 14th and 18th February 2020 will need to request a reset of their credentials. We do apologise for the inconvenience this will cause.

17/02/20 – 11:22 – This issue has been resolved. If you continue to experience this issue, please make sure that you have updated the app to the latest version. It may be necessary to do this manually from within your respective app store.

13/02/20 – 14:30 – We are aware that a small number of users are experiencing the myGP App freezing or constantly loading when entering their NHS Online Credentials. Our development team are investigating the cause of this issue. We do not have an estimated time to fix at this stage, due to the multiple potential causes. We do apologise for any frustration this will cause. Please contact your surgery directly for anything you are unable to do through the app.

19/02/20 – 13:23 – This issue has now been resolved. We ask that users attempt to use this functionality again. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

17/02/20 – 10:33 – We are aware of an issue that is causing some users on iOS devices to be unable to order prescriptions due to being unable to type in or move away from the comments box. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue urgently.
