ISSUE – MYGP APP – SOME ANDROID USERS UNABLE TO ORDER PRESCRIPTIONS
04/12/20 – 11:58 – Root cause has been found and a fix has been developed. We are planning to release a new version of the Android app soon to fully resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience.
04/12/20 – 08:42 – We have analysed usage data and can see that this issue will only be impacting a very small number of total users. The vast majority of Android users should see no issues. We continue to investigate the root cause of this issue.
03/12/20 – 17:05 – We are aware of an issue impacting a small number of android users which is preventing the ordering of prescriptions. We are investigating this with a high priority. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
