29/12/20 – 12:03 – Issue has been resolved by restarting an unresponsive service. It may take some time for queued messages to clear. Our engineers are monitoring the service for stability.
29/12/20 – 11:28 – We are aware of an issue that is causing messages to become stuck in the Outbox. We are investigating this with a high priority.
