RESOLVED – IPLATO SUPPORT – POWER CUT TO HEAD OFFICE

23/8/19 – 17:23 – This issue has now been resolved.

23/8/19 – 16:01 – A power cut has caused a failure in a circuit breaker at the iPLATO head office. This is affecting our Support phones and computers. We are unable to take calls or work on tickets at this time. An engineer has been called. We apologise for the inconvenience.

23/8/19 – 15:52 – A recent power cut has caused loss of phone service and power to the iPLATO head office. Power is trying to be restored. We are not aware of how stable the power is at this time. Please email help@iplato.com and we will respond to your query as soon as possible.
