ISSUE – MYGP CONNECT / PATIENT CARE MESSAGING – SOME APPOINTMENT REMINDERS DISPLAYING INCORRECT TIME
24/03/2021 – 8.00 – The fix for this issue has now been deployed and all reminders now showing the correct timings, further comms will be sent out to impacted practices.
23/03/2021 – 16:30 – Our Technical team have now got a fix in place and this is now being deployed across all sites.
23/03/2021 – 12:34 – Selected sites are seeing Automatic reminders sent out with an incorrect time on them, this is being investigated by the engineering team with the highest priority.
