29/5/2020 – 17:21 – We continue to await a response from Google. We will update this issue when we receive an update. We apologise for this inconvenience and are handling this with the highest priority.
29/5/2020 – 13:37 – Users continue to be unable to download the Android version of the myGP app from the Google Play store. We are awaiting a response from Google in regards to this matter.
29/5/2020 – 10:02 – We are aware of an issue preventing Android users from downloading the myGP app. We are actively discussing this matter with Google to rectify the problem. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. iOS users are not impacted.
SERVICE DEGRADED – IPLATO SUPPORT – INTERMITTENT TELEPHONE OUTAGE
27/5/2020 – We are aware of an intermittent problem with our telephone system that is causing some inbound calls to fail. This issue has been escalated with our telephony provider. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
