We are aware of an issue that is causing the service to be unavailable for all users. We are investigating the issue with a high priority. We do apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
ISSUE – MYGP APP – SOME USERS EXPERIENCING SLOW PERFORMANCE OR UNABLE TO USE APP FUNCTIONS

We are aware that a small number of users are experiencing slow performance or unable to use functions of the app. The vast majority of users are experiencing no issues. Should you experience errors, or some features not loading or freezing, please try again later.
Our engineers are investigating this issue with a high priority. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
These performance issue are taking longer to resolve than is usual. We are working tirelessly to restore the service to full capability as soon as possible.
Once resolved, we will complete a lessons learned exercise to prevent this in the future. We endeavour for myGP to be a highly convenient means of managing the health of you and your dependents – and we know that the stability of the service is vital to this cause.
