15/11/18 – 13:29 – MONITORING – MYGP / PATIENT CARE MESSAGING – We continue to see fluctuating performance and previous outages on the EMIS Web England API relating to a significant software defect that EMIS Health is investigating with a high priority. This issue is owned by EMIS Health and relates to wide-spread performance issues in EMIS Web. All services are available but users may notice the following issues: booking appointments in myGP may be delayed and could fail; some appointment data in myGP may refresh slower than expected; some information in Patient Care Messaging may refresh slower than usual; filing of clinical codes into medical records may be delayed. We are aware that EMIS Health are planning to release a patch to all affected practices soon. Our engineers are monitoring the situation.Share
