“I currently use the myGP App for my own GP Surgery. Firstly, as a patient, I have identified that a large amount of time has been saved by receiving messages and information from my practice via the app, as I am informed of what I need to be told directly into my mobile phone. I feel the app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate through. One of the examples was when my GP Practice sent me a message on 15th September that on Monday 19th September the surgery will be closed as it is a bank holiday, this helped me to save time by not calling the surgery to book an appointment.
At a practice level, my local Customer Success Manager Khalima showed me how to navigate and utilise myGP Connect and to create and send text messages to our patients. As the system is still new to us and we have just completed all of our training sessions, we as a practice will be using it to send out batch messages going forward.”

"I am a Practice Pharmacist and I reached out to one of the Customer Success Managers to help me get the best out of iPLATO for my daily work.
I used the Campaign Messages functionality to deliver the Flu Campaign and we saved approx 30 hours of administration work. We reached out to 286 patients using campaign messages. Previously we would contact patients through the telephone, and by using iPLATO we noticed a large decline in admin workload, which has been a great achievement.
The project was delivered through virtual meetings and 121 sessions with Khalima who was very helpful and provided brilliant support.”
