- How to use the in-call chat during video consultation?
Once a Video Consultation has started, a user will have several tools available to them.
One of these options is to create an in-chat text with patients or other participants, in order to action this, please do the following once call has started:
- During call click on the Chat icon from the lower tools
A chat box will appear on the right side of the screen:
- Type in text message you wish to send to participants
- Hit Send when ready
The text message will record in the chat boxe’s history, as well as appear on participants screens. They have the option to reply in a similar manner.
