Monitoring a Patient Questionnaire in the Remote Consultation toolbar

 

When a patient replies to a Patient Questionnaire via the toolbar, their response will be available to view in both the toolbar inbox and the iPLATO Connect inbox.

  • In the toolbar, a RED dot will appear to indicate you have received a response from your patient.
  • Click on the Inbox logo
  • You will be taken to a page showing all your responses.
  • Select the patients’ response (the toolbar will tell you which questionnaire has been responded to)
  • Click Add to patient record to save the response to your clinical system
